This guide presents resources, in the form of an annotated bibliography, on child and youth participation from Asia, Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, Australia and the Pacific. It also provides information about key websites on children's participation.

The document includes key English language documents on children’s participation grouped in four parts and 27 chapters:

• Part Two: Children involved in research, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Part Three: Children’s participation in programme areas
• Part Four: Children involved in political decision making
